With over 15 years in property management, I've built my career on managing communities, optimizing operations, and helping organizations hit their numbers. I started as a leasing consultant, grew into a Regional Manager role, and later founded WellsWay Management — a company I built, ran, and successfully sold the book of business on in 2025.
Today I serve as COO of Resolute RDM, a full-service real estate brokerage and property management company in Indianapolis, where I bring the same operational discipline and servant-leadership approach to a new team and portfolio.
I'm a servant leader first — someone who prioritizes collaboration, empathy, and team support, and believes trust and high performance go hand in hand. My leadership extends beyond day-to-day operations: I stay close to the industry through continued education, events, and the relationships I've built along the way.
